Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by August 12, 2026 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after August 12, 2026. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to kelseyp@cmservices.com.
Payment
Payment can be made online by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted by BSA: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments by check can be mailed to BSA, 800 Roosevelt Road, C-312, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137.
Photography & Video Recording Consent
Photography and video recording may be used throughout BSA's Fall Meeting and at related activities. Registration and attendance at and/or participation in the BSA Fall Meeting or other activities constitutes an agreement and consent by each registrant or participant for BSA and/or its licensees to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the image, likeness and voice of each registrant or participant (or family members) in photographs, videotapes, printed material, electronic reproductions and audio recording that are taken or recorded at such event or related activities.

Presentation of the 2026 BSA Excellence Award Winners

The 2026 BSA Excellence Award Winners will be presented on Monday evening, September 21 at the BSA Fall Meeting and DSCF Dinner.
The Bearing Manufacturer Excellence of Innovation in Product Design Award recognizes companies for innovation and excellence in product design or technology. The submission must be related to bearings, but may be an auxiliary item such as a mounting tool, monitoring device, etc. The BSA 2026 CBS Excellence Award recognizes BSA Distributor Companies in two categories. Awards are presented to the company with the highest percentage of its inside and outside sales force having attained Certified Bearing Specialist status and the company with the greatest percentage increase of its inside and outside sales force having attained Certified Bearing Specialist status.

Room Rates and Cancellation Policy
Guest rooms at the Hilton Knoxville Hotel are available at the BSA event discount of $249.00 (plus tax). If you need to cancel your hotel room, please cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to your arrival or you will be charged one night's room and tax.
Reservations received after August 13, 2026, will be confirmed on a space-available basis and the special BSA Fall Meeting rate cannot be guaranteed after August 13, 2026.

Airport Transportation
McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) is approximately 17 minutes from the Hilton Knoxville hotel. There is no shuttle service to and from the airport so please plan on preparing your own transportation. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available at the airport.

Hotel parking is currently priced at $35.00/day for self-parking and $38.00/day for valet and is subject to applicable taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

When should I arrive at the Hilton Knoxville?
The BSA Past Presidents Council (BSA Past Presidents Only), CBS/Publication Review Task Force, HR Subcommittee, and Women in Industry Task Force meetings will be held Sunday, September 20. The remainder of BSA Committee and Task Force Meetings will be held on Monday, September 21, along with the BSA Board meeting. Please review the schedule above for meeting times and to decide if you would like to arrive Saturday or Sunday. All attendees should plan on attending the Monday lunch and dinner events.
